The Vancouver Building-Fire Code Commission needs three volunteers. The commission is made up of at least five volunteers who make recommendations to the city council concerning building and fire codes.
The commission meets only as needed with one mandatory meeting per year. Commissioners are not required to live within city limits. Terms are six years.
