Washington Walmart stores are hosting their second Walmart Wellness Day of the year on Saturday.
The free health event offers blood glucose, blood pressure and body-mass index screenings, as well as low-cost immunizations. Some stores will also offer free vision screenings.
The event is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at all Washington and Oregon stores.
Since its first event, Walmart has provided more than 2 million free screenings to people across the country.
