Liquor & Cannabis licenses

The following have applied to the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board:

Bonnie Brasure, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Bleu Door Bakery, 2411 Main St., Vancouver, and also off-premises.

Carey H. Killian, Lance E. Killian, Alan Maniscalco and Shan Wickham, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Rally Pizza, 8070 E. Mill Plain Blvd., Vancouver, and also off-premises.

Lance Banaszek, for a license to sell spirits, beer and wine at Kilted Spirits, 1926 Main St., Washougal.

Mark Cole and Chelsea Woods, for a domestic winery license at Broken Oak Winery, 10209 N.E. 299th St., Battle Ground.

Michelle E. Parker and Wesly J. Parker, for a domestic winery license at Koi Pond Cellars, 212 E. Evergreen Blvd., Vancouver.
