Northeast Padden Parkway, from Northeast 94th Avenue to Northeast 117th Avenue/State Route 503, will close this weekend for paving.

The closure won’t start before 7 p.m. Friday and will end no later than 5 a.m. Monday. It will be opened as soon as it is paved and striped.

While the closure is in place, the right-turn lane from Northeast 117th Avenue/state Highway 503 southbound to Northeast Padden Parkway westbound will be closed.

The outside southbound through lane on Northeast 117th/Highway 503, just before and at its intersection with Northeast Padden, also will be closed from 7 p.m. Friday to no later than 8 p.m. Saturday.

Drivers will need to use alternate routes. The county recommends Northeast 76th Street. Signs and flaggers will direct drivers to the detour.

Part of Padden Parkway immediately west of its intersection of Northeast 117th/Highway 503 will also be paved.
