Fire crews are on scene of an apartment fire in Vancouver’s Bagley Downs neighborhood.

The fire was reported at 11:14 a.m. at the Isabella Court Apartments, 3112 N.E. 62nd Ave., according to dispatch records. The four-story, 49-unit complex is owned by the Portland-based Reach Community Development nonprofit. It opened last year, serving low income seniors.

The fire appears to have been in a third-floor apartment. Crews reported the fire was extinguished about 11:45 a.m. and determined the fire had not spread to an apartment directly above the unit involved, according to emergency radio traffic.

The Vancouver Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.
