EVERETT — The main defendant charged with killing two men in Snohomish County has pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated murder.
The Daily Herald reports that 18-year-old Anthony Hernandez-Cano faces life in prison with no chance of parole for his role in deaths of Mohamed Adan, of Seattle, and Ezekiel Kelly, of Everett. He entered his pleas Monday in Snohomish County Superior Court.
Adan’s body was found July 1 near Arlington. Authorities say he was burned with cigarettes, severely beaten and shot several times.
Two days later, the Kelly’s body was found with multiple stab wounds in a derelict building in Mukilteo.
