Girls basketball: Columbia River 65, Seton Catholic 29

Jordan Ryan scored 19 points to lead the Chieftains to a win in their season opener.

Erin Baker added 15 points, Sydney Flores Tucker scored 11 and Ellie Christian had 10.

The Chieftains jumped to a 20-6 lead after one quarter and led 39-13 at halftime.

Jasmine Morgan scored 10 points to lead Seton Catholic (0-2).
