Cauliflower featured in lunch at Sifton Elementary through Harvest of the Month

Sifton — Washington State University Extension’s Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education and Evergreen Public Schools’ Chartwells food service brought the Harvest of the Month program to Sifton Elementary School. November’s featured ingredient was cauliflower, and approximately 450 students were served rice-styled steamy cauliflower. Cauliflower was featured on the lunch menu throughout the month at all Evergreen elementary schools.
