The first tenant has moved into the recently completed Murdock building at The Waterfront Vancouver: the M.J. Murdock Charitable Trust. The nonprofit foundation was previously headquartered on Broadway in downtown Vancouver; its new address is 655 W. Columbia Way, Suite 700.

The 70,000-square-foot Murdock office building occupies a block of the waterfront development site along with the next-door Rediviva building. Both buildings were developed by Gramor Development, the Tualatin, Ore.-based firm that also built the Grant Street Pier and the buildings that house Twigs Bistro and WildFin American Grill.

Other tenants of the Murdock building will include Chicago Title, Fidelity National Title and law firm McKean Smith. Pizzaria sul Lago, a Neopolitan-style pizza restaurant in Lake Oswego, Ore., also recently announced that it will be opening a second location in a 3,325-square-foot space on the first floor of the Murdock building.
