PORTLAND — Employees of a third Burgerville restaurant in the Portland area have approved forming a union.
Workers at a Portland store at 1122 S.E. Hawthorne Blvd. voted 13-9 in favor. They now join other Burgerville locations in Southeast Portland and Gladstone, Ore., which had previously voted to unionize. The move requires the company to negotiate a contract with workers.
