Boys basketball: Woodland 50, Morton-White Pass 48

Alex Bishop scored nine of his 21 points in the fourth quarter as the Beavers held on for a win.

Tyler Flanagan had five of his 11 points in the fourth quarter.

While those senior were clutch for Woodland, coach Andrew Johnson said sophomores Jackson Finn, Brady Burns and Ryan Cooney helped Woodland stay in the game in the third quarter.

“We put in a bunch of young guys who really gave us a spark,” Johnson said.
