Boys basketball: Hudson’s Bay 54, Fort Vancouver 50

Eric Ryapolov had 12 points and seven rebounds as Bay earned a hard-fought win to force a tiebreaker with the Trappers again on Saturday.

Fort Vancouver and Hudson’s Bay will play for the fourth and final berth to the bi-district tournament at 5 p.m. Saturday at Union High School.

Down 35-24 at halftime, Bay rallied back into the contest with a big thrid quarter. Demareya Gipson, Eli Hoover and Marcus Cadiz had eight points each for the Eagles, who finished league with three consecutive wins to force this tiebreaker.

Johnny Green had 18 points and 11 rebounds for the Trappers, and Jameel Morton added 16.
