We recently drove to the Portland airport to pick up out-of-town relatives. I was so embarrassed by what we saw and what our guests said about the mess along the ramps to and from I-205. I see the same thing on my commute along I-5.
This is the Evergreen State. We should be proud of it and keep it clean. Please be sure that your trash makes it home to the bin.
