Central Vancouver — Innovative Services NW received a donation of 50 computers from Free Geek.

The refurbished computers were delivered on Nov. 28 and will replace computers that are 10 years old or older. The new hardware will help the nonprofit speed up processing and increase efficiency. Free Geek aims to sustainably reuse technology and enable digital access.

Innovative Services NW works with more than 1,700 children and adults through its programs, which include pediatric therapy, employment services, an early learning center and a janitorial program.

The Vancouver-based nonprofit was established in 1963.
