A vehicle rollover on state Highway 500 early Tuesday afternoon slowed traffic in both directions.

The crash happened between Andresen Road and Thurston Way shortly after noon Tuesday, according to alerts from Washington Department of Transportation.

Officials warned commuters to expect delays and use caution if traveling through the area. The wreckage was cleared within an hour.

Washington State Patrol Trooper Will Finn reported that both vehicles were traveling westbound on the highway when the crash occurred. A red sedan “jumped” the highway’s barrier, ending up in the eastbound lanes, he said.

No injuries were reported.
