In my neighborhood, which is outside of the Vancouver city limits, fireworks are legal on the Fourth of July, and the noise was a real nightmare. Added to that, people have been setting them off since July 1, so I’m sleep deprived and feel ill.
We need a countywide ban on personal fireworks and we need to enforce it.
