Letter: Herrera Beutler doesn’t represent

Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, Republican, Washington’s 3rd Congressional District, is not lowering taxes as promised, passing bills, using strategic leadership plans to advance our region, truly representing Southwest Washington in Washington, D.C. She “poses” for grandstanding issues, kills the Columbia River Crossing attempts, votes for her wealthy financial supporters, ignores health, safety, economics issues for citizenry, and spends more time parading than representing. We simply need representative leadership for the people.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
