Heritage — Students from Heritage High School traveled to Spokane on March 10 for a cooking competition with a twist: they couldn’t use running water or electricity. The students had to cook a three-course meal in 60 minutes using butane burners as part of the ProStart Invitational, which was hosted by the Washington Hospitality Association.
