3A GSHL football: Kelso 54, Evergreen 12

Kelso’s Josh Webb accounted for six touchdowns, including an interception return for a score in the Hilanders’ rout of the Plainsmen at McKenzie Stadium.

Webb had three first-quarter touchdowns, including his 29-yard interception return for a touchdown. Webb finished with 214 rushing yards on 14 carries and five rushing touchdowns.

Quarterback Marshall Coleman went 6 of 8 passing for 158 yards, as Kelso raced to a 41-6 halftime lead.

Eli Vaa-Leiataua (20-yard run) and Tae Marks (67-yard pass) accounted for Evergreen’s touchdowns.
