The Woodland Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect in a hit-and-run crash early Thursday morning at a gas station.

The incident happened at AM-PM Mini-Market at about 3:48 a.m. The police department did not report the exact location of the store, but it posted video of the crash to its Facebook page.

In the video, a full-size, white Ford Excursion SUV is seen driving around gas pumps before exiting the camera’s field of view. A silver car pulls up to one of the pumps and the truck reemerges, reversing at a high rate of speed and crashing into the rear driver’s side of the silver car.

Then, the truck speeds off, leaving an occupant of the damaged silver car standing outside with their hands raised in the air, appearing confused by what happened.

The truck was found abandoned in Clark County, and officers are working to identify the driver, according to the police department.
