Letter: Long will work for the public

If you want a government free of corruption, elect people who aren’t corrupt. Carolyn Long, a person of integrity, will work for the prosperity of all Southwest Washington residents. Being a professor of constitutional law, having a depth of understanding of the issues, being able to reach across the aisle, and not beholden to large donors or PACs, gives her the edge to work for the people. Long isn’t afraid to call people on the carpet when false accusations are made; she thinks on her feet. We need a strong and intelligent leader who hears us: Carolyn Long.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
