Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church has submitted plans to the city of Vancouver for a 9,500-square-foot expansion.
The project would expand the church, at 12513 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd., from about 27,800 square feet to 32,600 square feet, according to papers filed with the city.
The 2.41-acre site includes a church building, a small storage shed, paved parking with 58 stalls and a small playground, the application says. The application proposes to renovate and expand the church building in four phases.
