1A Trico League football: Stevenson 27, Castle Rock 14

The Bulldogs scored 21 of their points in the second quarter on its way to a 1A Trico League road win to remain unbeaten in league.

Stevenson (5-1, 3-0 league) had second-quarter touchdowns from Lincoln Krog (4-yard run), Isaac Hoidal (21-yard reception) and Preston Lowery (2-yard run) to take the lead for good on the Rockets.

Krog finished with a team-highs 70 rushing yards and also had four catches for 102 yards and an interception on defense.

Hoidal had six catches for 119 yards and quarterback Brandon Connell threw for 217 yards on 12 of 19 completions.

Stevenson and Columbia-White Salmon remain tied atop the league standings at 3-0.
