WOODLAND — Tyler Flanagan rushed for 229 yards (221 in the first half) and accounted for six total touchdowns as Woodland improved to 2-0 in 2A Greater St. Helens league play and 4-0 overall.
On the second play from scrimmage, Flanagan ran 75 yards untouched to open the scoring. Flanagan added three more scores on the ground in the first half. Both his touchdown passes, one to Wyatt Wooden and one to Kenyon Guy, came in the second half.
This sets up a battle for the top spot in the league as Woodland travels to Hockinson next Friday to face the top-ranked Hawks.
Owen Enriquez rushed for 41 yards and the Lumberjacks’ only touchdown as RA Long fell to 0-2 in league play and 0-4 overall.
