BURIEN — Police are looking for several suspects after one man was killed and another was wounded in a gun battle in Burien, Washington.

KOMO reports that a disturbance broke out at around 12:15 a.m. Tuesday, just a few blocks off the main downtown section of Burien.

A 27-year-old man was shot and killed.

Another man in his 40s was wounded by the gunfire. That victim was able to drive himself to Highline Medical Center just south of the scene before he was transferred to Harborview Medical Center in stable condition.

Investigators say several people were firing weapons and they’re now searching for those people.

The King County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit is investigating.
