High school bands from around Clark County play in local festival

East Vancouver — Evergreen High School hosted the 2019 Lower Columbia River Music Educator’s Association High School Band Festival on March 27 and 28. The event was hosted by Brent Johnson, director of bands for Evergreen, Craig Gustafson, Evergreen’s director of orchestras, and the students of Evergreen High School. Bands from the following high schools performed at the show: Columbia River, Evergreen, Fort Vancouver, Henrietta Lacks Health and Bioscience, Heritage, Hockinson, Hudson’s Bay, La Center, Mountain View, Prairie, Ridgefield, Skyview, Union and Washougal.
