Letter: Crack down on drivers

I’m very disappointed in our sheriff’s department. You would assume with the intended work on State Route 500, traffic will be heavy through our neighborhoods. Why are they not monitoring the heavy traffic? From Andresen west on 40th Street and west on 44th Street to St. Johns, traffic is very fast, loud, and runs late into the evening. Police presence in the area would do wonders.
