The Woodland Action Center’s fourth annual Empty Bowls fundraiser will take place at 7 p.m. Friday at Woodland High School, 1500 Dike Access Road.

Guests select a bowl made by a local artist and use it for a dinner of soup and bread. There will also be live music. The event is aimed at raising awareness in the fight to end hunger in the community and providing meals for the center’s clients.

Individual tickets cost $20, date-night tickets cost $40 and a family four-pack of tickets cost $75.
