Girls basketball: Mountain View 33, Heritage 28

Katelyn Henderson scored 16 points, hitting five of six free throws in the fourth quarter, to help the Thunder seal their first win of the year.

Henderson scored seven of the Thunder’s nine points in the fourth quarter to hold off Heritage.

Katie Peneueta led the Timberwolves with nine points.
