Girls basketball: Hudson’s Bay 82, Seton Catholic 35

HUDSON’S BAY 82, SETON CATHOLIC 35 — Kamelai Powell scored 18 of her 28 points in the first quarter as the Eagles ran away with a win in Evergreen’s Hoops for the Holiday Tournament.

Jaydia Martin added 29 points, including 13 in the fourth quarter. The Eagles had a 42-15 halftime lead.

Jasmine Morgan led the Cougars with seven points.

Hudson’s Bay plays Centralia and Seton Catholic plays Evergreen in the tournament’s conclusion Saturday.
