Kaip, a sophomore guard, made four 3-pointers. She had 13 points in the first half, which ended with the Titans leading 50-11.
Marina Morningstar had 14 points and Toryi Midland added 12 for Union (9-4).
Jasmine Tiatia scored 10 points for Evergreen (1-10).
