Girls basketball: Seton Catholic 57, Columbia-White Salmon 52

Emma Watkins scored 16 of her game-high 22 points in the first half in leading Seton Catholic to a Trico League win.

The Cougars (6-6, 1-1) led 29-25 at halftime, stretched their advantage to as many as nine in the second half before fending off the Bruins down the stretch.

Jasmine Morgan added 17 points and Jerrica Pachl had 11 rebounds.

Mya Aman and Gracie Vaughan had 12 each to pace the Bruins (6-7, 0-2).
