Payton Wangler, a freshman from Hockinson, scored 22 points as Clark held off Portland Community College 58-54 Wednesday at O’Connell Center.
Wangler matched her career high by shooting 7 for 17 from the field, including 4 for 9 from 3-point range.
Clark (3-11, 1-2) led 51-35 after three quarters before Portland mounted a fourth-quarter charge.
