Girls basketball: Hudson’s Bay 59, Fort Vancouver 30

Aniyah Hampton scored 19 points, Jaydia Martin added 14 and the Eagles pulled away in the second half for a 3A Greater St. Helens League win.

Kamelai Powell added 10 points for Hudson’s Bay (13-4, 6-1).

Kailey Gonzalez scored eight points to lead Fort Vancouver (1-15, 0-7). Trappers coach Arlissa Hinton was encouraged that her team had seven players score and was within 29-19 at halftime.
