VANCOUVER — Riverview Bancorp Inc. on Tuesday reported fiscal first-quarter profit of $4.2 million.
The Vancouver-based company said it had profit of 18 cents per share.
The holding company for Riverview Community Bank posted revenue of $15.7 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $14.6 million.
Riverview Bancorp shares have risen 16 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $8.44, a decrease of slightly more than 2 percent in the last 12 months.
