Air Force Reserve Airman First Class Natalie G. Kerr, a 2018 graduate of Evergreen High School, and Air Force Airman Krista L. Serrano-Guzman, a 2013 graduate of Portland Community College, have completed basic training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland in San Antonio, Texas. Kerr is the daughter of Curtis and Dawn Kerr of Vancouver. Serrano-Guzman is the daughter of Anthony Aplin of Vancouver.
