A developer has proposed a 108-unit apartment complex near 16807 N.E. Fourth Plain Blvd.
The multi-family project would consist of six residential structures, according to the pre-application submitted to the city of Vancouver: Three three-story, 12-unit buildings; a one-story, 18-unit building; a three-story, 24-unit building; and a three-story, 30-unit building.
