Six houses would be built on a 1.7-acre parcel at 7016 S.E. Middle Way under a plan submitted to the city of Vancouver. The site is north of state Highway 14 and east of South Andresen Road.
The average lot size would be about 8,590 square feet, according to the plan submitted by Harb Engineering of Vancouver. An existing house would remain on the property.
