Fitness company Stretch Zone has signed a lease for a storefront at Fisher’s Mercantile shopping center, 16111 S.E. McGillivray Blvd.

Commercial real estate company Fuller Group announced the deal on Friday.

Stretch Zone focuses on stretching routines designed to improve mobility by increasing range of motion, and operates dozens of franchised fitness centers throughout the country.

A majority of the company’s locations are in Florida, where it is headquartered, but it also operates along the East Coast and in the Midwest, South and Southwest. The Vancouver location appears to be the company’s first in the Pacific Northwest.
