A group called M2J Investors has sold a business park in northeast Vancouver to Aldon Investments, according to a news release from the Fuller Group.
The business park, on the northwest corner of Northeast Minnehaha Street and Northeast St. James Road, houses businesses including a convenience store, Archery World and Pegoraro Auto Repair. The sale price was not disclosed. The assessed value of the property is approximately $2.5 million.
