Non-league football: Columbia-White Salmon 29, Goldendale 6

Austin Charters rushed for 144 yards and three touchdowns and passed for another 82 as Columbia-White Salmon opened its season with a non-league win at Goldendale.

Charters completed 7 of 11 passes as the Bruins totaled 363 yards of offense.

Bowen Durkee rushed for 68 yards and led the Bruins on defense with four tackles and an interception.
