Letter: Voting: Just do it

By Lehman Holder, Vancouver

Too many eligible voters do not vote. If you’re one of those, you can change that. Consider: Politics affects everything you do, every day of your life. And when you vote, cast your ballot for the following: Sarah Fox, Ty Stober and Erik Paulsen, Vancouver City Council; Jack Burkman, Port of Vancouver; Adrian Cortes, Clark County Council; and Divya Jain, Evergreen school board. They are excellent candidates who will move Vancouver forward and make it a better, more dynamic place to be.

It’s so easy to vote in Washington — you don’t even need a stamp. So just do it.

We encourage readers to express their views about public issues. Letters to the editor are subject to editing for brevity and clarity. Limit letters to 200 words (100 words if endorsing or opposing a political candidate or ballot measure) and allow 30 days between submissions. Send Us a Letter
