Washougal City Council to hold special meeting

The Washougal City Council will hold a special meeting tonight.

The virtual meeting at 6 p.m. will to consider appointments to the “for” and “against” committees for two ballot propositions in the Nov. 3 election. Washougal residents will vote on whether to designate the elected Council Position 1 as mayor for the purposes of future elections as well as a levy lid lift for fire and emergency services.
