Lead Waterfront Vancouver developer Gramor Development announced last week that investment services firm Fidelity will move its Portland-area Fidelity Investor Center to a new office in the Murdock building at The Waterfront Vancouver. The new office is scheduled to open Dec. 7, according to a press release from Gramor.
The Investor Center office features financial advisors to help clients with tasks like selecting accounts and building financial plans.
The office will initially rely on video appointments due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The branch was previously located in Beaverton, Ore., according to Fidelity’s website.
Fidelity is headquartered in Boston and operates a dozen regional offices and more than 190 Investor Centers across the United States.
