Clark County Superior Court announced Wednesday that attorney Jill H. Sasser has been appointed as a court commissioner.

Sasser has already been serving as a commissioner pro tempore for Superior Court since 2019. She will take the bench in her new role in January, according to an email from Superior Court administration.

She fills the vacancy left by the death of Commissioner Dayann M. Liebman’s in September.

Sasser started her legal career at Stahancyk Kent & Hook P.C. in Portland and has been practicing law in Clark County since 2006 at Landerholm, P.S., focusing on probate, trust, guardianship, real estate and family disputes.

She is a graduate of University of Oregon Law School and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pepperdine University in California.
