Boys basketball: Black Hills 80, Hockinson 56

Black Hills pulled away with a 27-12 fourth-quarter advantage to win the 2A district first-round game.

Dakota Souders led the Hawks in scoring with 15 points, and Jeremiah Faulstick had 10.

Hockinson (7-14) will play R.A. Long in a loser-out game on Tuesday.

Avery Armin scored a game-high 23 points for the Wolves (16-5), who next play Tumwater in the semifinals.
