Coffee shop, bakery opens in Vancouver

The Columbian

A coffee shop and bakery called Krays Coffee opened at 7809 N.E. Vancouver Plaza Drive, Unit 150, and celebrated its grand opening Wednesday.

Owners Konstantin and Svetlana Kray, who both immigrated from Ukraine, will serve traditional Ukrainian-style sweet breads, macarons, fruit danishes and croissants.

“I have been into baking for a very long time thanks to my mother who has taught me so much,” said Svetlana Kray. “When my husband and I first met I told him my dream is to have a coffee shop and bakery. Here we are today opening our coffee shop.”
