Soroptimist International of Camas-Washougal donates $2,000 to fight human trafficking

VANCOUVER — The National Women’s Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation was presented with a $2,000 donation from Soroptimist International of Camas-Washougal. The funds will help provide services through NWCAVE’s Missing Children’s Division and its efforts to fight human trafficking. Camas-based Soroptimist is a nonprofit organization that “improves the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment,” according to its website, cwsoroptimist.org.
