Girls basketball: Union 78, Battle Ground 38

UNION 78, BATTLE GROUND 38 — Mason Oberg (17 points) and Mackenzie Lewis (16) led the way for the Titans in the 4A Greater St. Helens League victory.

Oberg, who scored 13 points in the first half, hit three of Union’s seven 3-pointers. Mackenzie Lewis put up nine first-quarter points en route to a 43-12 halftime lead for Union (10-3, 1-1).

Mallory Meyer had 15 points for Battle Ground (4-9, 0-1).
