Austin Lee scored 16 points to lead Mountain View (2-12, 1-4). Colby Smith added 10 points, including a 3-pointer that put the Thunder up 45-35.
But Kelso (9-6, 3-2) outscored Mountain View 22-9 in the fourth quarter. Webb scored 11 points in that quarter, including a 3-pointer to put Kelso up for good at 61-58.
